POWER – Early Bipolar Program

Overview

POWER (Performance Optimization for Wellness, Empowerment & Resilience) is a strength‑based, interdisciplinary program that provides treatment, support, and empowerment to individuals with early bipolar disorder and their families.

Eligibility

  • Bipolar I, Bipolar II, Cyclothymic Disorder, or Other Specified Bipolar (DSM‑5)
  • Ages 15 and up
  • Within two years of first manic episode and fewer than 12 months of lifetime treatment with antipsychotic or mood‑stabilizing medications
  • IQ ≥ 80 (per POWER evaluation)
  • Residents of the Clark Behavioral Health Region (Southern Nevada)
